SE.C.I.S. is the technical and operational support for the implementation of the programme financed within the national framework named “STRATEGY FOR INNER AREAS”, for Basso ferrarese, an area that includes 10 municipalities. The programme has a multi-fund approach, with national and regional funds, for a total amount of 11.2 Mio Euro, addressed to investments in education, health care and transport, as well as local development.
