“Welfare4D” is a project managed by Unione Valli e Delizie (Ferrara province) aimed at implementing activities for work-life balance in companies, in particular for women.
SE.C.I.S. role in the project is the identification of needs of workers, as well as a set of services offered both by public and private actors (e.g. cooperatives, local companies, sporting centres, etc.).
